AI agents, digital assets and the rules for both

AI And Money

AI is machine-native intelligence. Digital assets are machine-native money. Agents are why the two are converging now. This is the track where the people who build, run and regulate markets work out what happens when software holds the balance sheet.

Friday afternoon · Worlds StageThe Money Room · Saturday late morningAgent Trading Arena · both days

Why now

Money is becoming software. Software is becoming an agent.

The largest asset managers already run tokenized funds. Exchanges are moving toward trading around the clock. Stablecoins settle in seconds, at any hour, for a buyer that does not sleep. And AI agents are beginning to hold credentials, move money and trade without a human in the loop.

Every one of those shifts lands on a bank, a regulator or a treasury desk that has to decide what it allows, what it builds and what it risks. Most have not decided yet.

This track exists to get them ready before the agents arrive.

The track

Five Chapters, One Question Each

Keynotes, panels and live demonstrations. Sessions name the institution, the instrument and the risk.

01

The New Money Order

What counts as money when software can issue it, hold it and spend it?

Friday afternoon · Worlds Stage · Full Access and above

  • Machine-native moneyStablecoins and programmable payments as the rail agents actually settle on, and what that does to banks, card networks and correspondent banking.
  • The dollar, the stablecoin and the small economyDollar stablecoins travel further than dollar accounts. What that means for monetary sovereignty, reserves and exchange controls in small open economies.
  • Remittances, rebuiltThe Caribbean depends on money sent home. What happens to cost and speed when the transfer is a token and the sender is an app.

02

Agentic Finance

What happens when the trader, the treasurer and the customer are software?

Friday afternoon · Worlds Stage · Full Access and above

  • Agentic tradingAI agents that research, decide and execute across markets. What is already running, where it beats people, and what it costs when it is wrong at machine speed.
  • Agents with a balance sheetSoftware that holds credentials, moves money and pays for things on its own. Treasury, procurement and commerce when the buyer never sleeps.
  • Know your agentIdentity, permissions, audit trails and liability for transactions no human approved. The control framework every institution is going to need.
  • When AI spends, who signs?Built live on stage: an agent gets a wallet, a spending limit and an invoice to settle in stablecoin, while a compliance officer watches the audit trail in real time.

03

Tokenization And Markets

What gets traded when anything can be a token?

Friday afternoon · Worlds Stage · Full Access and above

  • Tokenized equities and markets that never closeInstant settlement and no closing bell. Who is on the other side of the trade at three in the morning, and who is accountable when it goes wrong.
  • Real-world assets on-chainTreasuries, funds, real estate, commodities and receivables as tokens. Which assets move first, and which Caribbean assets are worth tokenizing.
  • Settlement at the speed of softwareWhat changes for custody, collateral and clearing when a trade settles in seconds instead of days.

04

Digital Assets And Institutions

How does a regulated institution say yes?

Saturday late morning · The Money Room, invitation only, not recorded

  • The allocation questionHow banks, insurers, pension funds and family offices approach digital assets: custody, risk, return and the board conversation.
  • The AI bankWhat banking becomes when intelligence is embedded in every product, every credit decision and every compliance check.
  • Compute as an asset classThe processing power behind AI is becoming something you can price, hedge, borrow against and trade. The next commodity market, and who builds it.

05

The Rulebook

Who writes the rules for money that moves itself?

Saturday afternoon · Worlds Stage, within 04 / The Intelligent Nation · Full Access and above

  • Writing the rulebook before the agents arriveLicensing, stablecoin frameworks and know-your-agent, for the regulators, central banks and institutions that have to be ready.
  • The Caribbean moved firstThe Bahamas launched the Sand Dollar in 2020. Jamaica launched JAM-DEX in 2022. The Eastern Caribbean piloted DCash. What worked, why adoption stayed low, and what the rest of the world can take from it.

Friday afternoon · Worlds Stage

When AI Spends, Who Signs?

Someone has to answer for every dollar AI moves.

An agent is given a wallet, a spending limit and a real task. It pays in stablecoin while the room watches the controls: what it was allowed to do, what it tried to do, and what the audit trail shows afterwards.

Full Access and above

Also on Friday afternoon, on the World Stage: The AI Investor Operating System, built live. World Stage and above.
