Three Rules For The Program
They are the reason the agenda looks the way it does, and the reason some well-known people will not be on it.
Point at a system in production
If a speaker cannot name something running, with users, they are not on the program. Roadmaps are not results.
Say the number
What it cost, how long it took, what it changed. Sessions that cannot answer those three get cut in rehearsal.
Argue the future
Every speaker takes a position on the decade question: equalizer or divide. Neutral does not get a microphone.
